Polished Rainbow Paving – Sawn & Honed

Rainbow Polished Sandstone Paving has rich and varying colours displayed by minerals contained within the sedimentary rock that has been subtly highlighted by a grinding and polishing process to the top surface of the paving. The smooth ground surface offers its own unique texture and colour variance and provides a paving that is equally at home inside and out and in both period and modern settings. When used internally, the use of a suitable coating or sealer will further enhance the vibrant natural colours.

Quartzitic Sandstone

Imperial Cream Sandstone is part of our new range of high-end top quality paving slabs with its stunning mix of swirls and veins of pinks and browns on a cream backdrop. This makes it perfect for creating a modern look and this particular stone has been honed to leave to surface smooth to the touch. The edge has been sawn straight then a 2mm bevel has been applied to finish it off.

Black Galaxy is another new addition to our ever-growing repertoire of natural stone. This stunning paving is a black quartzite that looks like a night sky as shown in the picture. Quartzite is a hard, non-foliated metamorphic rock which was originally pure quartz sandstone, and the slabs have been quarried in India where it is spilt as normal then brushed.
